Requirement: Agents Designated Broker must hold a REALTOR® membership with the Tucson Association of REALTORS®. Agent or Appraiser must hold an active Arizona Real Estate or Appraisers license.
MLS-Only Agent
REALTOR® subscribing to MLSSAZ only.
MLS-only offices do not receive access to Association services, benefits or events.
Requirement: Agents Designated Broker must be a Participant of MLSSAZ. Agent or Appraiser must hold an active Arizona Real Estate or Appraisers license.
Apply to waive MLSSAZ fees. Qualifications can be found on the MLS Fee Waiver Request. The completed request may be submitted with your membership application. Please note that waivers are given under limited circumstances.
