If engaging in Property Management activities, a broker must complete a Broker Management Clinic (BMC) that is designed to teach proficiency in Property Management.

Broker Management Clinic – 3B

This course is designed to help attendees understand how to run a licensed property management company in Arizona legally. This course will go over many areas that must be managed per lawful requirements and audit requirements, including:

• Designated Broker Liabilities
• Broker Policy and Supervision
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, the language, and terms of accounting
• Sinking Funds/Reserves
• Transactional record-keeping requirements
• Monthly financial requirements
• Overview of all Arizona Revised Statutes that apply to Property Management
• Fiduciary responsibilities and how to deal fairly with customers
• Advertising and promotions of property management properties
• Department of Real Estate audit procedures
• Disciplinary actions of the Department
