BMC #2 Policy & Procedure Dynamics CE provides a discussion on how to develop and establish policies for managing a real estate company. This course is the second of three Broker Management Clinics (BMC) that designated, delegated, and self-employed brokers are required to take every two years. New Broker agents are also required to attend this class prior to license activation.
