Dr. Jessica Lautz

Deputy Chief Economist and Vice President of Research at the National Association of REALTORS®

Dr. Jessica Lautz is the Deputy Chief Economist and Vice President of Research at the National Association of REALTORS®, where she has served since 2007. She analyzes housing market trends affecting REALTORS® and consumers, is a frequent media commentator and speaker, and has testified before Congress on behalf of NAR. Dr. Lautz holds a Doctorate of Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University, a Master’s in Public Policy from American University, and undergraduate degrees from Central Washington University, and has been recognized as a HousingWire Women of Influence and RISMedia Newsmaker. Anthony Smith

Senior Economist

Anthony Smith is an applied economist at Realtor.com® with over a decade of experience analyzing housing, construction, and building product markets. Prior to joining Realtor.com®, he served as Chief Economist at FreightWaves and has advised Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms on housing-driven strategy. He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Economics from New Mexico State University and is based in Austin, Texas.

Felipe Garcia

Emcee of Power of Real Estate 2026 & CEO of Visit Tucson

Felipe Garcia brings a background in tourism, international trade, and economic development. At Visit Tucson, he leads destination marketing efforts that drive tourism revenue for Tucson and Southern Arizona. He serves on boards including Tucson City of Gastronomy and the Arizona Lodging and Tourism Association, represents Tucson in the international Délice Network in Lyon, France, and holds a law degree from Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM) and an LL.M. from the University of Arizona James Rogers College of Law.  Continue reading his bio here

Danette M. Bewley

President/CEO of Tucson Airport Authority

Danette Bewley is from San Diego, CA, where her passion for aviation began. Her father was a decorated Navy fighter pilot, stationed at Naval Air Station Miramar, who later became a commercial airline pilot. Danny Seiden

President/CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry

Danny Seiden is President and CEO of the Arizona Chamber of Commerce & Industry, where he leads the state’s premier business advocacy organization. With more than 20 years of experience spanning law, government, and public affairs, his career sits at the intersection of business and policy. Danny previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Doug Ducey, General Counsel for Valor Global, and held senior roles at Intel and Greenberg Traurig. He has been recognized as a 2023 Leader of the Year in Public Policy by the Arizona Capitol Times and currently serves as an adjunct professor at ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and Executive in Residence at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. Fletcher McCusker

Chairman of Rio Nuevo

Fletcher McCusker is a Tucson entrepreneur and philanthropist whose impact on downtown revitalization is hard to miss. Founder and former CEO of Providence Service Corporation and creator of Tucson-based Sinfonía Healthcare, he relocated his billion-dollar company headquarters downtown in 2010, transforming a full city block of vacant buildings into offices, housing, and a restaurant. A 1974 University of Arizona graduate and the University’s 2011 Alumni of the Year, McCusker serves on two UA boards and has deep family roots in Tucson dating back to 1930. Widely regarded as one of the city’s most generous civic leaders, he has supported major cultural institutions, launched initiatives like Second Saturdays, and helped revive the Fox Theater, all with one clear goal: a vibrant, world-class downtown worth celebrating.
