Commissioner Connection: Highlights from October 7, 2025

In 2024, ADRE created new educational requirements for license renewals. To help our members satisfy the new rules, TAR began offering the mandatory classes on Water, Firewise and Deed Fraud every month on the second Tuesday from 9am-Noon. The last two classes for this year are on November 4th and December 9th. Beginning this December, all licensees will need to have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card to renew their license. We are working to schedule fingerprint processing events at the Association in November and December to help members meet the new ADRE requirements. 

Also, if you have or belong to a Team, you must register the Team name on your license as part of the new rules taking effect.

A new Salesperson exam will be in effect on January 1, 2026. TAR is a Pearson VUE Testing Center with testing days on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. A new Broker exam is forthcoming.
