DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, November 14\, 2024 (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) \n1-Day certification course\, In-Person \nCost: $75 Member; $85 Non-Member \nCourse Description:\nAt Home with Diversity® is an educational experience designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. More importantly\, the class teaches REALTORS® how to work effectively with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. \nCourse Credits:\n• This course will give students the At Home With Diversity® certification.\n• Counts as one elective course to be applied towards the RSPS Certification.\n• Counts as one REBAC elective course to be applied towards the ABR® designation.\n• Credit towards the CIPS Designation.\n• Students who have taken At Home with Diversity after 1/1/05 receive Eight Elective credits towards the CRS Designation.\n• Credit towards NAR’s Performance Management Network Designation through Women’s Council of REALTORS®. \n$25* Cancellation fee (*No cancellation fee if cancelled by November 7th)\n$25 No Show fee \nQuestions\, please email education@tucsonrealtors.org. \nPresented by the National Association of REALTORS® and the Center for REALTOR® Development.\nFor more information on this course and its business principles\, please contact NAR at ahwd@nar.realtor or 800-874-6500 ext. 8393.
