MLS 101: Intro to FlexMLS-
This is a beginner user class covering a basic overview of the FlexMLS system, including the Dashboard, customization of Dashboards, system navigation, and basic understanding of Contact Mgmt., with an introduction to searches, adding/changing listings, basic mapping, and an introduction to the CMA Builder, and other useful tools to help you begin your use of FlexMLS. Perfect class for getting started with MLS!
Prerequisites: None.

MLS 201: FlexMLS Searches-
This class is a more in depth look at the Search features of FlexMLS. It will help agents learn to efficiently navigate through Saved Searches, view and sort a search, e-mail and print a search, create a flyer, as well as create a driving route and use various search screens and the specifics on those screens.
Prerequisites: None.

MLS 202: FlexMLS Listings & Maintenance-
This class will be an in depth look at adding new listings into the MLS, as well as maintaining existing listings, creating Listing Activity Reports, and adjusting Listing Preferences for the FlexMLS Dashboard to help agents better serve their clients.
Prerequisites: None.

MLS 203: FlexMLS CMAs-
This class is to learn to perform the basics of a Comparative Market Analysis or CMA. You will learn about the Full, Quick, and One-Line CMAS, save a Listing Cart and import it into a CMA, as well as, use Search Results to create a Buyer CMA.
Pre-requisite: It is imperative that you've taken the Search class or have a solid working knowledge of the FlexMLS Search features.

MLS 204: FlexMLS Contact Management-
This class is an in depth look at Contacts Management and maintenance. It includes training on the FlexMLS Contact Management module including adding, editing, and deleting contacts, attaching searches to contacts, scheduling Auto-emails and setting up Client Portals.
Prerequisites: Previous attendance of a FlexMLS Introduction, Advanced, or Searches class is recommended.

MLS 205: FlexMLS Map Search-
This is an advanced class for those agents who are well versed in the quick search features of the system and are now looking to advance their abilities through an overview of the Map Search features including mapping tools as well as an introduction to the My Mapping Overlays. Prerequisites: Taking the Introduction or the Searches class prior to attending this class is recommended.

MLS 301: FlexMLS Advanced Tips & Tricks-
A great step-up class from the Introduction or a great way to better your knowledge of the system that you use daily. In this class we'll go over ways to customize your system as well as creating and modifying your personal preferences and great short cuts to aid in making life simpler through the FlexMLS system. This is an excellent class for Admins and Assistants.
Prerequisites: If you are not an admin/assistant, it is recommended to take the Introduction to Flex class before taking this advanced course.

MLS Elective: FlexMLS Social Networking & Customizing Dashboards-
This is an advanced FlexMLS class that goes over the different social networking capabilities of FlexMLS as well how to: edit your dashboard to meet your needs, create new dashboards, attach RSS feeds to your dashboard, and utilize Facebook and Google gadgets available within the FlexMLS system.
Prerequisites: Basic computer and Internet knowledge is recommended, as well as, taking either the FlexMLS Introduction or Advanced class prior to attending.

MLS Elective: FlexMLS Statistics and Custom Reports-
This class is an advanced class designed to assist agents, brokers, and/or assistants to better create both customized reports for open houses and inventory and production statistic reports. You will learn to create custom reports and open house fliers, create customizable One-Line Comparative Reports, and research personal production as well as initiate inventory and production statistics. This is a great class for Brokers and Admins!
Prerequisites: You must have taken the Introduction or Advanced class prior to attending this class.

MLS Elective: REALTORS® Guide to Tablets, Smartphones, and Mobile Applications-
This class will help agents learn about the different kinds of tablets and smartphones as well as the applications that will best assist the busy REALTOR®. Please bring your smartphone or tablet with you to class if you would like to learn hands-on. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, this class will help you choose one that will suit your needs!

MLS Elective: Intro to Zipforms from AAR-
This is an introductory look at the Ziplogix software which includes Zipforms 6 Standard and Professional versions. This class will acquaint you with navigating the different libraries and assist in helping you provide your client with a paperless real estate transaction.
Prerequisites: Please be sure to have set up your Zipforms online account at  www.zipformonline.combefore coming to class.

MLS Extra Credit: FIND Property Research Tool from Move.com-
Find is a large realty search engine for all US residential properties. For use by members of Tucson MLS allowing search of all residential properties, not just properties for sale. This class will assist agents in learning about the Find database of residential/land properties and MLS listings, property photos from agents and public data sources. This class will go over searching, data, and reports from the Find Property Search Tool.
Prerequisite: You must be an active member of our MLS as well as have your log-in for FlexMLS.

MLS Extra Credit: RPR- Realtor Property Research by NAR-
This class will help agents learn about the RPR reporting module with a specific focus on three unique reports: the Property Report, Seller's Report and Market Activity Report. As well as the comparable reports that can be automatically generated. RPR can create a list of up to 50 comparable properties which includes the most recent sales, those located closest and those most similar physically to the subject property. RPR shows you all the facts available on distressed properties in your market place.
Prerequisites: You will access RPR through Flex, so please make sure you are set up on Flex with an accurate log in and password as well as your NRDS #.

MLS Extra Credit: Computer Basics for REALTORS®-
This is a basic beginner computer course for those who are not "digital natives" or for those who are just beginning to learn to utilize a computer for work. This course will cover topics such as basic use, simple applications, and how to set up your computer to work with FlexMLS.
Prerequisites: No previous computer experience? No problem!
