Get Ready for Stuff the Bus!
The Tucson Association of REALTORS® will host a school supplies drive for TUSD on July 25, August 1 and 8! The details are still being finalized but we would like to extend the invitation to you to host a drive within your office. TAR MLS Dues Billing Information
Thank you for your membership with Tucson Association of REALTORS® MLS. We would like to inform you that the dues billing for the Multiple Listing Service went out the week of June 1. If you did not receive your dues billing statement, please contact Andrea Ballard at 382-8786 or Maria Pena at 382-8793. Important Dates to Remember: MLS Dues Invoice Due Date = 7/31/2009; $75 Late Fee Assessed on 8/6/2009 – note that the late fee went from $45 to $75 this year; Suspension of MLS Participation for Non-Payment = 8/16/2009; Termination of MLS Participation for Non-Payment = 8/26/2009.
In the event a member is terminated for non-payment of MLS fees, they are subject to a $75 MLS application fee, as well as the MLS fees due at the time of invoice.  Click here for instructions for how to pay your MLS Dues Online!
