TAR MLS Dues Billing Information
Thank you for your membership with Tucson Association of REALTORS® MLS. We would like to inform you that the dues billing for the Multiple Listing Service is going out this week. If you do not receive your dues billing statement by June 5th, please contact Andrea Ballard at 382-8786 or Maria Pena at 382-8793. Important Dates to Remember: MLS Dues Invoice Due Date = 7/31/2009; $75 Late Fee Assessed on 8/6/2009 – note that the late fee went from $45 to $75 this year; Suspension of MLS Participation for Non-Payment = 8/16/2009; Termination of MLS Participation for Non-Payment = 8/26/2009.
In the event a member is terminated for non-payment of MLS fees, they are subject to a $75 MLS application fee, as well as the MLS fees due at the time of invoice.  Click here for instructions for how to pay your MLS Dues Online!
