Property Directions
We are seeing more instances where directions to property are unclear or incorrect. Please use the following guidelines.
For uniformity, always start with two major intersecting streets, and use directional references - N, S, E, W (not left or
right) as guides to the property (i.e. from Speedway, S-Swan, E-Lee, N-Mountain to address.
NOTE: A dash following a directional reference means ‘ON’.
Sign-In Sheets
It is a requirement that EVERY MLS MEMBER sign-in when entering a listing. If there is no sign-in sheet available or it is full,
THEN you may leave a business card, including date, time, and agent code. Failure to sign-in is subject to disciplinary action by the MLS Standards Committee.
