REALTOR® & Affiliate of the Year Criteria
Recognizes an individual REALTOR® and Affiliate member for outstanding achievement in civic and industry involvement at the local, state and national levels.
• Candidates shall have demonstrated exceptional accomplishments in these areas.
• Candidates shall be well-informed, actively involved members. Local involvement
carries more significance.

Roy P. Drachman Community Achievement Award Criteria
Recognizes an individual REALTOR® broker or agent for outstanding community service participation that enhanced the real estate profession in the tradition established
by Mr. Drachman.
• Candidates shall have demonstrated broad participation in Community Service.
• Real estate activities are not a consideration for the award.

Corporate Community Achievement Award Criteria
Recognizes a company for outstanding achievement that provided leadership and service across a broad range of community involvement.
• Shall have demonstrated specific participation in Community Service activities.
• Real estate activities are not a consideration for the award.
• Nominate up to 3 companies; based on number of agents in the brokerage:
• Under 50
• Between 51-300
• Over 300

Florence Johnoff Community Achievement Award Criteria
Recognizes an Affiliate company or Affiliate/Co-Affiliate individual for outstanding Community Service and involvement that enhances the real estate profession.
• Shall have demonstrated specific participation in Community Service activities.
• Real estate activities are not a consideration for the award.

TAR Rookie Award Criteria
Recognizes an individual agent who has been a REALTOR® for three years or less. This award focuses on an individual's service to the industry and is not production based.
• Served on at least one TAR; MLS; or Institutes, Societies and Council committee.
• Has achieved or is working towards an NAR certification/designation.

Nomination Deadline: September 29, 2017
Awards are for the current year and all nominees must be current TAR members. To nominate a candidate, submit this form (complete all information) along with any supporting documentation. For confidentiality, nominees are not asked to submit a statement of their achievements. The person making the submission is required to state why the nominee should be recognized. 1 form per nomination.
