Simply put, Listing Syndication is the process of a broker sending his/her office listings to websites that do not belong to members of MLSSAZ. Zillow, Trulia, Yahoo! Real Estate, and AOL Real Estate are examples of websites that display listings via syndication. MLSSAZ has partnered with ListHub to manage all of your syndication options and has created a Listing Syndication Resource guide to help you effectively manage your listings online.
