The Tucson Association of REALTORS® is the largest trade association in Southern Arizona, serving over 5,300 professionals in the real estate industry. If you work in the real estate industry, and aren't a member, you are missing out. Membership in the Tucson Association of REALTORS® has a variety of valuable benefits that will help you succeed.

If you've recently become a licensed agent and have joined a broker, your next step is to sign up for membership in the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and/or the TAR/MLS, depending on the type of membership your broker holders. All new members are required to know and understand the governing documents of TAR/MLS and to attend a New Member Orientation course. 

REALTOR® Membership Packet
If you are an agent joining the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and the Tucson MLS.  Note:  An Arizona Real estate or Appraisers license is required for this type of membership.  Your broker must also be a member before you can apply

MLS-Only Agent Membership Packet
If you are an agent and member of a board of REALTORS® other than Tucson, who is only interested in joining the Tucson MLS.  Note:  An Arizona Real estate or Appraisers license is required for this type of membership.  Your broker must also be a member before you can apply.

Builder Exemption Form

If you are required to join the Association, but are interested in a waiver of MLS fees because you are not able to use the system, print the MLS Fee Waiver Request  form and include it in your membership paperwork. Please note that waivers are given under limited circumstances.

If you're a newly licensed broker, your next step is to open your company with the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and/or the TAR/MLS. You choose the type of membership you wish to hold. MLS-only offices receive no access to Association services, benefits and events.

If you are a broker interested in joining the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and the Tucson MLS.  Note:  An Arizona Real estate or Appraisers license is required for this type of membership
