Your Way Home AZ - Funds Still Available through August 2010!
Last summer the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) announced the
availability of financial assistance of up to 22 percent of a home’s
purchase price for eligible Arizonans purchasing foreclosed homes.
Since that time the Your Way Home AZ program has assisted or committed
assistance to nearly 700 homebuyers, with an average of just over
$29,000 in assistance per homebuyer. $5.5 million of the $26 million
set aside for this assistance program remains available: $3,575,445 in
Maricopa County, $1,150,000 in Pima County, $397,502 in Pinal County,
and $468,314 in the southeastern Arizona counties of Cochise, Santa
Cruz, Greenlee and Graham. All other areas of the state have expended

Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge to identify legal and tax risks and avoid costly consequences down the road.
We launch our series on Friday, September 24, 2010.
Registration and a networking breakfast will begin at 7:30 am. The workshops will begin at 8:00 am and end at 10:00 am.

MRB DPA assistance
Down Payment Assistance is available through participating non-profit agencies. Down
Payment assistance will be in the form of a forgivable grant, awarded to borrowers at
or below 80% of Median Income. The amount of assistance available is 4.5% of the purchase
price of the home or a maximum of $6,000. This program may be used in conjunction with
the First Time Homebuyer tax credit as well. For a list of participating non-profit

ADRE Office Hours
The State of Arizona is facing a crucial time in regard to the budget. As a result and
so as to continue to provide optimal customer service to the Industry and Public in
Southern Arizona, the ADRE’s Tucson office will have the following business hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday– the office will be open to conduct business as usual.
- Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
- Closed Noon– 1 pm
- Tuesday & Thursday-the office will not be open to the public.
So as to avoid unnecessary trips to the Tucson Office, please call ahead to ensure that
