The HomeWords program will be offered once again in high schools throughout Arizona in the 2007-2008 school year.
Hundreds of teachers and students in Arizona will have the opportunity to learn what it takes to buy or rent a home through HomeWords, a newspaper-based educational program sponsored by the Tucson Association of REALTORS® and licensed through the Newspapers in Education (NIE) program. HomeWords addresses critical issues that are usually absent from the typical high school curriculum, including credit basics, how to rent an apartment and education on how to become a homeowner.
