Habitat for Humanity  

The Habitat for Humanity committee focuses on fundraising for Habitat for Humanity Tucson. In 2006, the committee raised over $35,000 for the organization - almost enough to build half a house for a deserving Habitat family! This year, the committee is doubling its efforts to raise $75,000 and provide 1,200 volunteer hours - all the money and volunteer time needed to complete one house. 5 Ways to Build a House
Get Involved!

1. Volunteer Drive/Build Days: Help us reach our goal of 1,500 volunteer hours by organizing a build day with your office or volunteering at the Habistore. Habitat can always use your help! Click here for more information.

2. 50//50 Raffle Tickets: On Sale Now! Purchase your raffle tickets only $20 each. Win half of the money raised (the other half to benefit Habitat for Humanity Tucson). The drawing will be held on November 12 at the Gaslight Theatre Night. Contact Christine (382-8776) to get your tickets!

3. October 24: Annual Golf Fundraiser  •Arizona National Golf Club • 12pm Registration
Join us for our third annual Golf Fundraiser! Goodie bags, raffles and a tournament dinner are included in the golf package. Sponsorship opportunities are available!

4. November 12: Gaslight Theatre Night • “A Small Town Christmas” • 6pm
Everyone loves the Gaslight Theatre - come join us at this exclusive event as we celebrate in true REALTOR® style! Ticket proceeds go to the Habitat fundraising effort. Click here to get tickets!

5. Spring 2009:  Wine Tasting/Silent Auction

Join the Housing Opportunities Committee
This committee is very active in informing members about fair housing issues, developing programs for housing affordability, sponsoring fundraisers for groups like Habitat for Humanity and presenting educational seminars for the buying public.
