Tourism is booming in Southern Arizona - adding $1.8 billion per year to the local economy, according to the Tucson Planning & Development Department. The most-visited tourist attractions include Saguaro National Park, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Reid Park Zoo and the Pima Air & Space Museum, according to the Inside Tucson Business Book of Lists 2007.

Sabino Canyon and Mt. Lemmon are other popular outdoor destinations in the Tucson area.
